Every chuchu has a staff. Some have a solo pastor, who directs a team of lay volunteers. Some have several pastors, who direct teams of lay volunteers. Ometimes in the doing of the ministry or in the meetings about what to do, the team spirit lags. The energy and passion dissipate. The boredom of routine overwhelms the mission of the team. The staff members forget to take care of themselves or they take one another for granted.
