El objetivo del trabajo consiste en plasmar en la realidad de una empresa elegida, los conceptos adquiridos en la materia "Estructura y Procedimientos Administrativos".
El trabajo se desarrollará en cinco etapas que son las siguientes:
- Etapa de estudio preliminar
- Etapa de planeamiento del proyecto
- Etapa de relevamiento y recolección de datos y hechos
- Etapa de diagnóstico
- Etapa de diseño final
